Product – Urea 46% Granular, UREA N46 agriculture grade
Origin – Non-Russian
Amounts - February = 15.000MT; March = 15.000MT; April = 15.000 MT
Deliveries - Shall be only during the winter season (September – April), we will not have any transport during the summer. According to the price, we will have more transports/month
Destination: CIF Port Constanța, Romania
Payment - Guarantee via SBLC MT760, 2%PB from the Seller side and MT103 final payment. We don't accept any transaction with payment in advance
Verbiage – Verbiage should be issued by the Seller's bank and accepted by our bank. They work with Deutsche Bank AG in Germany.

Note - Seller should now have all the info you need to provide the following: 
1) confirmation that you can provide 15,000 MT per month, Feb- April 2023: Sept-April 2023-2024.
2) confirmation you can ship CIF to the port in Romania; 
3) confirmation you accept SBLC to guarantee payment followed by an MT103 wire transfer; 
4) confirmation you can meet the specifications;
5) confirmation of country of origin. Once received and evaluated by the Buyer, then I will ask for an LOI be issued on Buyer letterhead; 
It's important we now move fast because we want to be able to ship the first shipment in Feb. 2023.
