A separate energy-mechanical division of software "***********************", since 1993 - "Production Association "*******", produces electromechanical equipment for processing metal sheet, for the processing of pipes and rolled profiles.
This equipment and other products of the enterprise are successfully used for repair and maintenance needs and the production of new products in all industries, in construction and public utilities in Ukraine, Russia, and other European countries.
In accordance with the requirements of customers, it constantly improves the manufactured equipment, develops and produces new models and new types of machines.
The enterprise has mastered the production of new equipment: edge benders with grooves in the knives - an alternative to segment bending machines (video), 3 and 4 rolls with attached multifunctional equipment;
serpentine pipe-profile benders: radiant-convective, tiered for HPH spirals; for eleptic bottoms; for furniture pipe structures; cutting machines: bevel cutters, circular shears, hacksaws.
Electromechanical edge benders are designed for the manufacture of profiled parts from a metal sheet by the method of sequential bending of edges.
LGS benders with swivel beam allow processing sheet blanks from 0.1-2.5 mm to 4-8 mm thick and up to 2000 mm, 2500 mm and 3200 mm long.
A three-roll machine (rollers, three-roll) is designed for the manufacture of parts curved along a cylindrical or conical surface, for example, for the manufacture of shells, from a metal sheet up to 8 mm thick with a workpiece length up to 3000 mm.
Four-roll sheet bending, type LGS - 1msu, mechanical special universal machine (rollers) is designed for the manufacture of round products by cold bending from sheet and strip metal, as well as long products, using special attachments.

TGM electromechanical pipe benders are designed for bending water and gas pipes and long products by winding the workpiece on a gauge segment or rolling it with a gauge roller along a segment gauge.
Pipes, as well as rolled profile, are bent in a cold state and without filler.
TGM pipe bending machines are a welded frame on which a traction unit and stationary (in a “pyramid”) or interchangeable sets for bending pipes or a rolled profile are installed.
The new TGM-1cm model allows applying both methods of bending - rolling the workpiece with a gauge roller over the gauge segment and winding it onto the gauge segment.
TGM-1cm is equipped with a system for fastening, feeding and turning the workpiece around the axis (from the plane of the bend) up to 360°. The capabilities of the machine correspond to automatic systems, differing by manual feeding of the workpiece, which eliminates the reconfiguration of the system when switching to another operation. Cutting machines - chamfers are designed for dimensional cutting of pipes from steel grades Stal 20 GOST 1050-89 and Steel 3 GOST 380-88 and preparing the end of the pipe for subsequent welding by forming a chamfer.
The machine can be used both in specialized workshops of enterprises, and in conditions of repair work.
The electromechanical drive of the bevel cutter, the device for fixing the workpiece and the cutting device are installed on the welded frame of the cutting machine.
The cutting device of the cutting machine is a faceplate with two cutters and mechanisms for their movement.
The cutting machine "Disc shears" is designed for cutting into strips or along a curve, including in a circle, a sheet of steel with a tensile strength of up to 55 kg/mm2
